The is a colourway that I just had to create: Laneway City is inspired by my hometown of Melbourne, where everyone wears black. On the yarn, the shades are a mix of charcoal and soft black tones, making it perfect for lovers of black who want something with more depth and texture, and is also ideal for pairing with jewel tones.

PLEASE NOTE: This yarn is available as a custom order only for a minimum of  four skeins.  I will dye you up a fresh batch of yarn for your perfect garment.  Turnaround time is two to three weeks, but please let me know if you have a particular deadline.

Bluefaced Leicester is a British rare breed sheep.  The wool is next-to-skin soft, and with a longer staple length than other yarns it is resistant to pilling.  This yarn has great texture, stitch definition, and springiness, and is the perfect go-to yarn for any cosy jumper or cardigan. Please contact me if you'd like a larger quantity for your project.

Travelknitter yarns are all hand-dyed in East London using only professional-grade acid dyes.

I recommend that you treat the yarn kindly by hand-washing in cool water order to keep the colours looking their best.

I do my best to capture the colours as true to life as possible, but keep in mind that computer monitors vary.
