Tesselated Pavement is part of my Tasmanian colourway series.
The colourway is derived from one of my favourite places in the world, Tesselated Pavement at Eaglehawk Neck in Tasmania. I loved visiting as a child, and as an adult I'm still amazed at its beauty.
The colourway features a cool grey base, with the texture highlighted by blue speckles.
This extra fine merino yarn is as soft as wool gets! It's super soft, squishy, and sproingy. Because of the extra "sproing", it knits up ever-so-slightly heavier than some other DK weight yarns, but you get an extra 15% in the skein.
This is the perfect go-to yarn for accessories like scarves, cowls, hats, baby items, or a special snuggly cardi or jumper. Please contact me if you'd like a larger quantity for an adult sized garment.
