Hogmanay is a colourway created for Edinburgh Yarn Festival, reflecting bright flashes of colour from fireworks across the dark sky over Edinburgh for new year's celebrations. It works up as a deep, dark aubergine-black with bright colour flashes throughout. It's such a great colourway that it's now a regular part of the range.
Tanami is an absolutely incredible yarn. It's a super-soft blend of baby camel and silk, giving a perfect blend of sheen with a subtle halo. It has amazing drape and lovely texture, and knits to a light 4ply/sock weight gauge, but of course can be knit loosely for lace projects. This is a true luxury yarn that just begs to be knit in to something special.
Yarn: 50% baby camel / 50% silk
