Bluefaced Leicester is a British rare breed sheep that produces wool that is next-to-skin soft while being resistant to pilling. This is a smooth 4ply yarn that's just perfect for socks and mittens that are soft and hard-wearing.

Travelknitter yarns are all hand-dyed in East London, using only professional-grade acid dyes. The yarns are all carefully rinsed in an unscented wool wash.
